This G700 propane gas paella burner fits 36-inch pans and smaller. It has three concentric rings of flame and three knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 26 1/2 Inch in diameter, the middle ring is 18 1/2 Inch and the inner ring is 11 1/2 Inch. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so the heat can be adjusted where and when it's needed. This burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire pan.
