No Show Reservations:
Due to our limited seating and decreased capacity, If a member or members of your group does not show up on the day of your scheduled reservation, no refunds or store credits will be given.

Late Policy:
All guests are expected to arrive at their scheduled reservation ON TIME. A 15-minute grace period is permitted upon arrival; however, the scheduled end time of the reservation is firm and cannot be extended. 
Reservations with a 30+ minute delay in start time will not be able to create their own candles as there will not be enough time. Depending on timing, the manager will either create their candles for the additional guest but this is not guaranteed. Any arrival time past 40+, unfortunately no additional candles will be created. 
If a guest anticipates a late arrival, it is encouraged to call the shop to give an estimated time of arrival for their party. All members of the reservation must arrive on time.  

Due to the custom nature of our workshops and limited seating capacity, all reservation purchases are non-refundable.  If a reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before the start date, guests will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a store credit! 

Additional Group Members: 
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate groups that exceed the maximum number of participants in your reservation. If your group size changes, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.  

Gift Cards:
If a reservation was made while using a gift card or store credit, this reservation will only be allowed to be rescheduled once and must fall within the 72 hour cancellation period. There will be no refunds or store credits given after trying to reschedule multiple times.  
All Gift Cards are non-refundable  

Age Restrictions:
Due to the nature of our business, all guests must be 14 years or older. The tools and elements used are not suitable for children under 14. 
Additionally, as we are a BYOB establishment, all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages and must provide photo ID. 

Private  Parties: 

Due to the nature of our limited studio space and availability on Private parties, Private Party deposits are non refundable but can be used towards a credit towards a future visit if cancelled 14 days prior to your private party. If final balance is already paid in full, you will receive a refund (minus the $100 deposit) or store credit if cancelled 10 days prior to your scheduled private party date.

The total payment for all guests must be paid 7 days prior to the event. If the private party is not paid in full 7 days prior to the event, your party will be cancelled. We do not accept seperate payments. The host is in charge of collecting money from their guest!

If members of your reservation do not show up, there will be no refunds or credits given. 


Outdoor/Rain Policy: 
If you have an upcoming reservation for outside seating and there is inclement weather, your reservation can be rescheduled for another date. We will notify you as well and give you the option of inside seating if space is available and if the members in your group feel comfortable.
