Looking to host an event? Wax + Wine’s new space in Old City will be sure to exceed all your expectations! Whether it be a work event, a bridal shower, a birthday party, we’d love to be a part of it! Our semi-private events range from 11 to 16 guests, our private event floor can host up to 40 and our entire venue can host up to 70. With your reservation, you’ll receive a team of dedicated staff members to help your group through the process and ensure you have a memorable experience.

Group Events Include: 

  • Each guest makes 1 or 2 (8oz) candles 
  • Reserve Seating for 90 minutes or 120 minutes depending on your group size
  • Dedicated team of Wax + Wine Instructors
  • Light snacks are allowed – we provide the plates, glassware, napkins and clean up
  • Enjoy wines from 2nd Pour, our very own in-house wine bar

Private Parties

(We require a minimum of 10 for group bookings)

Requirements & Expectations:

  • Party must start at one of the available timeslots
  • Minimum of 10 guests
  • Age requirement of 14 for all guests
  • Please arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to the party start time as party will start no later than 15 minutes after confirmed time. The party room will be available 15 minutes before the start time for set-up.
  • Wine is available for purchase at our 2nd Pour Wine bar. Glassware is provided but wine should come chilled as ice is not available
  • Light snacks are allowed and Wax + Wine will provide small utensils/plates and cleanup 
  • If the party is more than 30 minutes late, the party will be rescheduled to another date and time


The host of the party can secure a reservation with a NON-Refundable credit card deposit of $200 which will go towards the final balance. Once the party is confirmed, the final balance and headcount is due 14 days prior to the event to plan for the best expereince for your group.

The total payment for all guest participating must be paid 14 days prior to the event. If the private party is not paid in full 14 days prior to the event, your party will be cancelled. We do not accept seperate payments. The host is in charge of collecting money from their guest!
