How long is the experience?+
About 90 minutes from start to finish. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in and settle in.
What does BYOB mean here?+
Bring your own beer, wine, or champagne — no hard alcohol. We provide cups and wine openers; we do not stock ice or cutlery, so plan ahead if you're bringing small bites. Tap water is on us.
How many candles do I get?+
The standard package includes (2) 8oz candles per person. You'll choose your scents from our Scent Cellar of 60+ fragrances and can blend up to 2 per candle.
Is there an age requirement?+
No minimum age — guests under 18 just need to be supervised by an adult. Bring your friends, your family, your sister-in-law you owe a hangout. The night is built to be a good time for everyone at the table.
Where should I park?+
We're at 144 N 2nd St in Old City. Street parking is metered and tight on evenings and weekends, so most guests use a nearby garage. Closest options: Old City Parkominium (231 N 2nd St, same block, ~1 min walk), Old City Parking (304 Race St, ~2 min walk), or the larger AutoPark at Olde City run by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (125 S 2nd St, ~6-8 min walk and always open). Pre-booking through SpotHero or ParkWhiz can shave a few dollars off.
Can I book for a private group?+
Groups of 15 and under can book straight from our reservations page. For 16 or more — semi-private, second-floor buyout, or full venue (up to 80) — head to our private events page and send us an inquiry.
How long do the candles take to set?+
Your candles will be ready to take home at the end of your experience. We recommend letting them sit for an additional 24-48 hours before lighting for the best burn.
Are the candles safe to ship or check?+
Yes — we package them securely. They're safe to fly with in checked or carry-on luggage.
